Over 20 years, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from simple websites to complex products developed over several years.
Today, my role often goes beyond integration: I help define user and product needs, clarify and structure features, and can act as a team lead or product owner depending on the project.
Thanks to a strong mastery of web fundamentals, I’m able to work across a variety of technical environments.

Cyberimpact is an email marketing platform serving a large client base, with many modules and significant maintainability challenges.
The challenge: evolve the product over the long term while preserving user experience (simplicity, flexibility, consistency) and module maintainability.
My role: in close collaboration with design and backend development, design simple, consistent tools within a satellite architecture. I was also involved in defining requirements, task prioritization, and sprint management.
The product went through multiple rewrites and additions while maintaining stability and consistency. Initially a side project, it became the company’s main product, supporting growth from a few hundred to several thousand clients.
A high-traffic e-commerce site with a complex administrative side based on custom business logic, Pneus à Rabais required a full rewrite to support company growth.
The challenge: rewrite all features from the previous version on a new, more robust, performant, and extensible codebase—without missing anything.
My role: frontend development, writing specifications, documenting features, and overseeing the team’s work (planning, prioritization, and timeline tracking).
Launched a stable, performant, and secure version, with a maintainable codebase enabling new features and continuous product improvement.
Windigo is a B2B travel agency specializing in itineraries across Canada and the United States. The previous site needed a solid refresh after surviving COVID-19.
The challenge: modernize the design and structure while allowing the client to retain full control over their content.
My role: frontend development (WordPress / Gutenberg), wireframing, coordination with the designer, and full project management as the client’s single point of contact.
A refreshed, visually consistent site that is easy to manage thanks to a block-based approach, delivered through a single point of contact for clarity and simplicity.
Timby is a suite of web and mobile tools used to document and process events for various groups and organizations worldwide.
The challenge: maintain and improve a complex legacy product while adding new features and supporting 30 languages across a globally distributed team.
My role: full-stack development, external API integration, process improvement, brainstorming, and analysis of new features.
Documenting the existing system made it possible to continue developing the product despite an aging codebase.
The challenge: in collaboration with Les Affranchis, integrate the new version of the Zone 3 website.
My role: integrate visuals into the project’s Laravel / Vue architecture.
The new site was delivered efficiently and with virtually no bugs, despite a large amount of dynamic content.
